In Human Resource Management (UK); PGD in Advanced Human Resources Studies (UK); and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (Tanzania), he is a highly accomplished Human Capital, Administration, and Governance leader with over 35 years of progressive experience across Tanzania’s public sector, regulatory institutions, Pension Funds, academia, and executive consultancy. Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, organisational development, culture transformation, performance management, governance, and board advisory.
Former Director of Human Resources & Administration at a National Social Security Fund where he served for eleven years, and Director of Human Capital & Administration at a major Pension Fund for three years, with extensive experience advising Boards, Director Generals, and Executive Management. He brings a rare combination of policy depth, operational discipline, people leadership, and ethical governance, supported by strong international exposure and professional credentials. Currently serving as Executive Director dealing with Consulting and Advisory Serices through HR Vineyards Limited, supporting organisations to strengthen leadership capability, institutional culture, performance systems, and compliance.
