Mr. Martin Jonas Mmari

Mr. Mmari is a lead consultant and trainer in financial, accounting, investment and corporate governance. He possesses vast experiences and skills in financial management, corporate governance, Strategic management, Performance management and risk management, in pensions, banking and financial sectors for 35 years. He has extensive record of managing and directing technical assignments and projects. Over time he has developed Strong leadership, business and managerial skills and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mr Mmari, has worked for PPF Pensions Fund as Director of Finance for 17 years from 2000 to 2017. He worked for the Central Bank (Bank of Tanzania) as bank examiner for 9 years from 1991 to 1999. 

Mr. Mmari has been involved in delivering shareholders’ value and growth of a number of companies where he served as member of the board of Directors, namely  CRDB Bank PLC ,  Mbeya Cement Co. Ltd, United Bank for Africa, (T),  HR Vineyards Ltd and Institute of Directors Tanzania.

He serves at HR Vineyards Limited as an Executive Director dealing with Finance, Operations and Investor Services. Mmari  is certified Board Director by Institute of Directors Tanzania (IODT)  and Institute of Directors –UK (IOD). He is a holder of MBA (International Banking and Finance) from Birmingham University (UK), accredited by the Association of MBA (AMBA), Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Management and Certified Public Accountant CPA (T).
